Christina Portillo is the principal at R.H. Dana Elementary in Dana Point, California. She decided to get her Doctorate in Education at Brandman because she wanted to be a better leader. Christina says that her Brandman education helped her understand how to work more effectively with her staff and provide greater leadership. Since Christina has been principal, her school has been named a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.
