Multiple Subject Authorization

Obtaining a second credential broadens a teacher's qualifications and provides greater opportunity for career advancement. This authorization makes it possible to achieve this without completing another credentialing program. Program curriculum provides the foundations of teaching literacy and language in K-8 classrooms. The student then selects one course from specialized areas of interest including mathematics, science, or history, social science and visual/performing arts.
